At LaBizarreSusu, we prepare each order carefully so that antique and vintage jewelry, silverware, and collectibles travel well protected and with tracking during transit.
Tracked shipping
All orders are shipped using courier services with a tracking number, so you can check the status of your shipment along its journey.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 24–48 business hours from the time of purchase.
Shipments and deliveries are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Each order is prepared individually and with care before dispatch. Should there be any exceptional significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Europe · Correos International Standard
- Cost: between €10 and €28, depending on the destination country.
- The applicable rate is shown before completing your order or is indicated on the item when appropriate.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to transit circumstances.

We know that many of the pieces at LaBizarreSusu are unique and, in some cases, have reached us after more than a century of history.
That is why each order is carefully packed, taking into account the characteristics of the piece, so that it travels properly protected to its destination.
What happens if there is an issue with my shipment?
Your order travels with a tracking number, so we can check its route during transit.
If the package arrives damaged, presents any issues, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will check the status of the shipment and take the necessary steps to help resolve the issue.
In case of damage, please keep the original packaging and the piece as you received it and, if possible, take photographs of the package, the packaging, and the item. This will help us manage the issue more quickly.
