Certified shipments and delivery with signature.

All our shipments are registered. Each package includes a tracking numberso you can track it at any time. In addition, delivery requires a signatureto reduce the risk of loss or damage.

Processing time

• We process your order within a maximum of 24-48 business hoursfrom the purchase.
• We do not ship or deliver on weekendsor public holidays.
• If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by emailor phone.

Standard National Mail (Spain)

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
• Cost: €4

Standard European Mail (International)

• Cost: between €10 and €28, depending on the destination country (rate visible before completing the order or indicated on each item)

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond LaBizarreSusu's control. In these cases, we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by the carrier.
