All our shipments are made via certified servicewith tracking and signature confirmation, to guarantee the traceability of the package.

If your order arrives damagedor not within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue with the carrier. Compensation ,if applicable, will be processed according to the carrier's coverage and compensation terms.
