Belle Époque style cross pendant, dated circa 1910-1920.

Crafted from gilded metal, it features an openwork structure with stylized arms and Belle Époque-inspired decoration. At its center is a relief medallion depicting the Sacred Heart, surrounded by four small, set red stones that add contrast and luminosity.
