A pendant rosary from the early 20th century (circa 1900), crafted from gilt metal. It features a cross at the top and a circular body with a raised edge of spheres, engraved geometric decoration, and a reliquary-style centerpiece containing a small dark crystal. This element, typical of antique rosaries, served as a link between the beads and the cross and could also be worn as a separate pendant. This design was characteristic of popular religious jewelry of the period, used as a symbol of faith and protection. It retains the patina and surface wear characteristic of its age. An exceptional piece of devotional jewelry, ideal for collectors of rosaries and historical religious objects. It includes a gilt-plated 925 silver chain, a later addition; it is contemporary but blends seamlessly with the overall design.
