Hanging cross from the last third of the 19th century, made of tested silver and constructed with an open, symmetrical, architectural structure. It features a central rosette with a reddish stone surrounded by small mother-of-pearl pearls, as well as various stones in red and violet tones distributed on the four arms.

Its design reflects the historicist Renaissance Revival taste, characteristic of much European jewelry from the late 19th century. The widened arms, the openwork construction, the small serrated bezels, and the combination of colored stones with pearly elements reinterpret Renaissance ornamental repertoires within the Victorian language. Some of the stones are visually compatible with garnets, while others could correspond to rhinestones or antique pastes, so a cautious identification of the materials is maintained.
