Out of stock
Modernist needle case, c. 1900–1930, with Louis XVI-inspired floral decoration. Made of silver-plated metal and consisting of two press-fit pieces, it features embossed ornamentation with roses, ribbons, garlands, and vegetal motifs. It retains its original metal tube, originally intended for storing sewing needles and small pins.
The piece is chronologically placed in the Art Nouveau / Modernist period, although its ornamental repertoire maintains a clear historicist Louis XVI inspiration, especially visible in the ribbons, roses, and symmetrical vegetal compositions.
