German 800 silver jar, Jugendstil style, circa 1910, with green stones and decorated with a peacock feather motif. Cylindrical container with a hinged lid and a hanging ring, designed for a chatelaine or as a pendant. The decoration features organic lines that evoke peacock feathers. It incorporates three distinct applications: possible green turquoise, possible green jade, and possible green cat's eye. On the inner mouth, the hallmarks "800" and "crescent and crown" (Crescent and Crown), distinctive of German silver, can be seen. A representative piece of German Art Nouveau from the early 20th century.
