Antique circular religious medal made of silver, featuring a delicate Art Nouveau representation of the Immaculate Virgin, with soft lines and a serene expression. The figure is shown in profile, veiled, with the Latin inscription “VIRGO IMMAC.” encircling her head.

Signed by the prestigious French goldsmith and medalist Armand Calliat, this medal is dated on the reverse “1st May 1915” and dedicated to the initials MLB as a personal souvenir (“Le Souvenir”), framed by a finely engraved laurel wreath.
